Vrexia the Necromancer

Veriax's first playthrough through Baldur's Gate 3. Shortly after the game's full release, Veriax role-plays through the game as a Drow Necromancer on her search for power.

Bioshock 2

Veriax found his time playing as a “Big Daddy” slow and unenjoyable. As such, he gives up on this one, which is a shame, since the other two games in the series he felt were a joy to play.

Blood Bowl

VeriRats (Skaven)

The second campaign of the PC adaptation of the tactical board game, this time as the agile, swift (but squishy and a bit smelly) Skaven.

Blood Bowl Multiplayer

Pandora's Best (Necromantic)

This highly ambitious BB league, featuring eight teams, actually was completed!

It sees Veriax coaching the abominations of the Necromantic team, shambling and shuffling their way to the End Zone.

Borderlands

Co-op with SuccessfullyLost

Lost has never played Borderlands, so I (playing Roland), guide her (playing Lilith) through this frantic looter-shooter.

Baldur's Gate 1

Enhanced Edition 1st Play

Returning to an old favourite, though the first time playing the Enhanced Edition, as Veriax plays as  a Dragon Disciple sorcerer. We even bring Neera along.

Solo Character

An experimental and extremely fun playthrough of a firm favourite – BG2 Solo sees Iiana, a fighter/mage/thief, stab, blast, and sneak her way through this fantastic RPG.

Throne of Bhaal

Veriax isn’t a fan of ToB, but this, the follow-up to the first BG2 LP, kept him LPing. If this hadn’t been done, maybe nothing else here would have  been either!

Bellwright

Lilia and V try their hand at building a medieval village, supporting an economy, and fighting bandits in this settlement building/survival game.

Bioshock

Infinite

One of the most finely crafted games Veriax has ever played, he takes joy in progressing this frantic FPS while exploring the protagonist’s relationship with Elizabeth. Loved the little sing-song, too.

Blood Bowl

Dead Famous (Undead)

Veriax once again returns to the bloody playing fields of Warhammer, this time as head coach of Dead Famous – a team of Undead (dead) famous people!

Blood Bowl Multiplayer

Loony Goons (Dark Elves)

Veriax takes part in a six-player Blood Bowl league in which Veriax plays the Dark Elves and faces Orcs, Lizardmen and others as we battle for the title.

2022

Baldur's Gate 1

Veriax was invited along by Lost to join her in her second playthrough of BG, and ‘gently guides’ her through the lands of the Sword Coast.

Veriax likes Baldur’s Gate 2, don’t you know? Here’s another playthrough of it! This time playing as Amber, an assassin, who assembles a good-aligned party to aid her against the evil mage who stole her soul. Meanie.

Bioshock

Rotskins (Nurgle)

Blood Bowl is a tactical board game in which American Football is played within the Warhammer universe.

In this series, coach Veriax attempts to get the foul denizens of Nurgle into a cohesive team and tries to win the fabled Blood Bowl.

Snotgobs Gobsnots (Goblins)

The first Blood Bowl league Veriax takes part in. He gives his opponents a chance, playing as Goblins, and its not a total disaster.

Bloodrayne

Rayne is a horny vampire dressed in tight leather. Veriax plays the game for science! One of the more casual, less serious series in the library.

Evergreen

Creating an entire city, from first foundations to sprawling metropolis, all on stream. Minimal Mods installed. A relaxed, slow paced series with many off topic discussions.

Daggerfall

Veriax plays as Venna, a fighter/mage who is sent to Daggerfall by the Emperor to set the King’s murdered spirit to rest. An enjoyable experience, but not a game that’s planned to be revisited.

Adam Jenson is a guy with blades in his forearms and the ability to fit snugly into the ever-present airducts of dystopian 2017. Veriax plays through the game causally, enjoying the odd bit of murder and explosions along the way. Awesome music, too.

Dishonored

 Holding up to the high standards of sucking at stealth, Veriax attempts a low-chaos run on his first time through this game. Attempts is the correct word, since it doesn’t end up turning out that way.

Dread Delusion

This very strange, highly imaginative adventure game caught Veriax's eye and so he streamed it for the enjoyment of the lovely Veeple.

Dark Messiah of 

Might and Magic

Sareth hears voices. He also kicks things a lot. Join Veriax as he guides Sareth through this stella first-person combat game, featuring some of the scariest spiders to ever grace a PC screen.

Deus Ex

One of the best, most influential... LPers of all time plays this game, which you could say the same things about.

Deus Ex: Human Revolution

The Deus Ex franchise has always been a favourite of Veriax. In this series, Veriax attempts to tackle the 2016 Prequel by attempting to be stealthy (not pacifist) while playing on highest difficulty

Divinity Original Sin

Co-op with Lilia

In an epic RPG co-op series, Lady Lilia and Veriax become shipwrecked on the shores near the town of Cyseal. Beginning a murder investigation, they soon find themselves caught up in events that could shake the very fabric of time itself.

Dungeon Keeper 2

A devilishly good RTS, involving guiding the denizens of the underworld against the goodly forces arrayed against you. A firm favourite of Veriax’s, and an LP that still receives a lot of love to this day.

Dragon Age: Origins

Veriax takes on the guise of a mage who, having lived a sheltered life, is thrust into the wandering and dangerous world of a Grey Warden. A heavy RP series with choices made to reflect the character’s thoughts and motivations.

Deus Ex 2

Invisible War

 A game that has a bad rep, but maybe it was always destined to be so, with the deck stacked against it? Veriax plays it here for the first time, taking a balanced view on things. Is it really all that bad?

Deus Ex

Mankind Divided

Veriax once again becomes Adam Jensen; a mechanically augmented agent. This game is the second prequel to the original Deux Ex and combines stealth, exploration and combat – all of which Veriax screws up in one way or another.

Divinity Original Sin 2

Co-op with Lilia

Lilia and Veriax return to Rivellon in an epic series which sees their characters – the Roguish Lohse and the indignant Red Prince – battle the forces of the mysterious voidwoken.

Fallout

A short but sweet classic RPG that Veriax had been put off playing due to clunky UI and mechanics. Getting over that, though, meant experiencing a gem of a game that was short, focused, and a whole lot of fun to explore.

Fallout 3: Broken Steel

Ironman

Broken Steel is a much tougher nut than the original game, with armoured enemies and energy weapons zap-zapping health away.

The Forest

Co-op with Lilia

Veriax and Lilia become stranded on an island with only their wits and smarts to survive. As such, things do not go well, but it was good fun while it lasted!

Fallout 2

 Veriax explores the irradiated wasteland as Damon, as he tries to find a G.E.C.K to save his village. A game that Veriax enjoyed overall, but found bloated with pop culture references and went a little too surreal in places for his liking.

Part of a wider stream series that wasn’t recorded, this playlist series looks at what I remember to be my favourite of the DLCs.

Ironman

It’s surprising how gameplay alters when death actually has consequence. If Veriax dies, the LP is over. Will he make it through the whole main quest, or will our poor characer, Valina, end up as Mirelurk food?

Fallout: New Vegas

Just want to set the world on fire? Then you’re in luck, as Veriax plays through New Vegas as The Mechanic, a guy who really does just want to watch the world burn.

Giants: Citizen Kabuto

A game as equally comedic as it is unique, Veriax plays through mechanics ranging from base building, third-person shooting, and stomping things as a giant!

Gothic 2

(+ Night of the Raven)

Enjoy difficulty spikes? Night of the Raven adds a real learning curve to this massive RPG, but with help from chat, Veriax gets over it, and completes this enjoyable game and its expansion.

Magicka

Co-op with GixG17

A red wizard and a black wizard walk into a bar. And a swamp. And a castle, And a Volcano. It doesn’t matter really, there’s always lightning, fire, ice, and many other effects at play in this amusing top-down combat game.

Morrowind: Interactive

Many would say the best LP Veriax has ever done. Every week people suggest an aim for Veriax to complete in the wonderful world of Morrowind. Chaotic, random, and massively fun.

A heavy role-play series of Morrowind in which we follow the adventures of Karish, a haughty high elf who doesn’t like getting his hands dirty, as he seeks power via the house of Telvanni.

Clara Loft is an intrepid adventurer, exploring the lands of Tamriel Rebuilt in the search of knowledge and artefacts for her museum.

Minecraft

With Guests

Once upon a time, Minecraft was obscure and only hipsters played it. During this time, Veriax played it and invited assorted guests to join him, discussing various topics and building random stuff.

Morrowind:

V.I.M.A

Veriax’s Ironman Morrowind Adventures is a series of small stories in which a random character, starting location, and goal are generated. From there, Veriax attempts to guide the character on that goal without getting them killed.

Morrowind:

Rast and House Telvanni

Rast is a misfit Argonian who has difficulty understanding basic concepts, such as wealth, ownership and morals. Yet, being a talented magic user and sneak means he becomes embroiled with assassins and mages alike in a highly challenging RP series.

Mount and Blade

Veriax sets out to wipe out the Nords in this free-roaming combat game, involving duels, mounted combat, and pitched battles. He doesn’t get remotely close to his aim, but enjoys the experience nevertheless.

Mass Effect

Mass Effect was one of those 'big' RPGs that Veriax didn't play until long after it's release. As such, this playthrough gives an opportunity for those that know the game to see it through fresh eyes.

V.I.M.A II

Veriax’s Ironman Morrowind Adventures returned with Livestreams and a more interactive, flexible character creation and aim generation with Veriax having to accomplish various aims before the character dies.

Corveth is a thief, assassin, and part-time wandering bard. In this playthrough, Veriax leads Corveth through daring heists and dangerous cults, as we discover the true power of Stealth in Morrowind

The Fallen Lords

Evil is afoot, and its up to the forces of good to lob satchel charges at the undead and blow them into small pieces. Veriax doesn’t play many RTS games, and here we showcase why as he blunders through this classic.

Octodad: Dadliest Catch

One of the more lighter games, Octodad is a hilarious physics based puzzle game in which an octopus tries to hide the fact that he is indeed an octopus from his human family, while a French chef tries to cook and eat him!

Oblivion:

Sir Veriax in Shivering Isles

In his last series for TES IV, Sir Veriax investigates a strange island that’s appeared close to Bravil. In it, he explores the strange and dangerous realms of the daedric prince of madness.

Sir Veriax and the Knights of the Nine

 Maybe the most important LP Veriax ever made, this series follows a ex-legionnaire who becomes the Divine Crusader and begins the Veri-Verse

Vrexia the Necromage

Set in the same universe as Sir Veriax's adventures, Veriax plays the antithesis of a noble knight, as he plays a Necromancer and assassin, as she asserts her foul influence over the Mages Guild and Dark Brotherhood

Sir Veriax and the Oblivion Crisis

Taking Oblivion into livestreams, Sir Veriax continues his noble adventures and works through the main quest of the game to become Champion of Cyrodil.

Oni

A game that Veriax randomly found and likes quite a bit, Oni is a third person beat’em up, following the tale of Konoko as she kicks, shoots and taunts her way through conspiring bad guys.

Saint's Row 2

An open world game involving cars, guns, and gangs. Veriax takes on the role of Headstomper, a British man in an American world, with a penchant for violence and bad language carrying him through.

Shadwen

Veriax Let’s Sneaks through this lesser-known stealth game as the assassin Shadwen, who guides her younger sister Lily through levels while utilising traps, physics, and even time itself.

Styx: Master of Shadows

Styx is a stealth based game featuring a foul-mouthed protagonist, vast levels, and goblin spit.

Played on Goblin (hardest) difficulty.

Saint's Row The Third

Headstomper returns, this time in the city of Steelport, as the Saint’s stomp and smash their way through rival gangs and law enforcement in this fun, more light hearted open world sim.

The Solus Project

“Samantha” is lost on an alien planet. Watch as we guide her through ancient caves and mysterious ruins as we attempt to puzzle out where we are, if we’re alone, and how to escape. Also features her getting hot and wet.

System Shock

Due to popular demand, Veriax tries his hand at System Shock 2, a game with elements of Deus Ex and Thief, but having a unique favour of its own. Join Veriax as he discovers this gem of an experience.

Skyrim:

Grumpus Gro-Smashface, mighty orc warrior, begins investigating the vampiric incursions in Skyrim.  But physically strong as he is, can he resist the allures of a dark and mysterious woman he meets? 

S.T.A.L.K.E.R

Shadow of Chernobyl

Get out of here, Stalker. We travel to The Zone, in the hope of fame, riches, and in search of our very identity.  This atmospheric, gritty shooter is one of Veriax’s favourites.

The Metal Age

Part of Let’s Sneak, Veriax plays through one of the greatest stealth games of all time on Expert difficulty. Can he do Garrett justice? Watch and find out!

Thief 2X

Thief2x is a highly recommended fan-made mod/game that’s equal in length to Thief 1 and 2, making it a worthy addition to the Let’s Sneak series, which also means Veriax plays through it on Expert difficulty.

Total War: Warhammer 2

Empire (Normal)

The Empire is beset on all sides by various foes, from the voracious greenskins to the vile undead. In this series, Veriax commands the armies of man on a campaign to repel the forces of Chaos.

Thief Gold

The OG Thief - absolute classic. Veriax tackles it on Expert difficulty, as he tries to avoid the undead, ladders, burricks, and many, many innept guards.

Thief 3

Deadly Shadows

Once upon a time, Veriax was known to be bad at stealth. Before the days of Let’s Sneak on expert difficulty (and flawless gameplay), we had fun attempts like this.

Thief 4

A game that divided opinion, Veriax embarks on playing the controversial 2014 reboot and offers his thoughts as he returns for a final time as Garrett, while playing on Expert difficulty as part of the Let’s Sneak series.

Total War: Warhammer 2

Dark Elves (Hard)

Veriax indulges in his wicked side in this series, as he aids Malekith the Witch King to wage wars of death and destruction against the myriad of foes arrayed before them.

Thief 2

The Metal Age

After the success(?) of Thief: Gold, Veriax returns to share his experience of playing Thief 2 for the very first time, along with all the success and fail that comes with it.

Thief 3

Deadly Shadows

The third Thief game, with its silly ragdoll physics but impressive lighting and sneaking mechanics, as Veriax lurks and hides once again as the master thief.

Titan Quest

Co-op with CDune

The first foray into co-op LPs, and this one almost went the whole way. We do finish the main game, and have fun click-killing enemies in this diablo-like game..

XCOM

The Long War

Veriax puts members of chat into the game so they can be murdered by aliens invading the earth. Despite help from knowledgeable souls, we end up losing this one. It turns out to be canon, so maybe XCOM 2 will turn out better?

The Witcher

Veriax’s first blind playthrough of any game. The Witcher started a series of LPs which were still going in 2023!

The Witcher 3

Veriax’s first playthrough of the widely acclaimed epic RPG, sees him once again picking up the role of famed monster hunter Geralt of Rivia.

The Witcher 2

Assassins of Kings

Veriax returns as Geralt, who’s accused of regicide. Veriax takes a thorough, slow look through this well written, underrated, grim adventure.

The Witcher 3

Hearts of Stone

Veriax returns to the Witcher series as Geralt becomes indebted a menacing mage, and encounters an old acquaintance along the way.

The Witcher 2

(Roche's Path)

Part of The Witcher 2 storyline involves quite a diversion in the plot. In main series we picked one route – this is the other one.

The Witcher 3

Blood and Wine

In a final outing as Geralt of Rivia, Veriax follows the Witcher’s travels as bring they him to the idyllic but troubled lands of Toussaint.
